When you don’t have time to even grate an onion to make a wafu dressing but simply cannot face munching on a bunch of undressed greens (it me!), this is the salad dressing to make.
Serves 4 to 6
Ingredients
1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
1 tablespoon rice vinegar (I used home-brewed kombucha)
1 teaspoon sugar
3 tablespoons soya sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Combine everything in a jar, put on the lid and shake it up. Taste and adjust to liking. Done.
Optional: Add shichimi togarashi, black pepper and/or chilli flakes.
